“The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that.”

“The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It’s a 6-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk to the historical downtown Bari area. So it’s convenient. The service? Terrible. We had NO room service and were only given two small towels. After a few days when we went to get new towels, the staff never answered our calls or messages, and when we went by the front office, they were closed, even though according to Google, Expedia, and the flyers in the room they should have……

“Property was clean and very close to city centre. Plenty of restaurants and lively vibe all around. It could have a bigger fridge for better storage and the air conditioner to work at all times, it’s not pleasant to returned to an oven after a day out in the sun. But other than that i can’t find any faults.”

“This was a perfect location in Bari. It is located 2 blocks from the marina, a short 15 minute walk from the train station, and in an area with many restaurants and bars. Getting in was a bit difficult at first, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. After the initial struggle, it was a breeze. The A/C worked perfectly and there was plenty of room for our 1-night stay. Would highly recommend this place for couples staying in Bari!”
