“The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It’s a 6-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk to the historical downtown Bari area. So it’s convenient. The service? Terrible. We had NO room service and were only given two small towels. After a few days when we went to get new towels, the staff never answered our calls or messages, and when we went by the front office, they were closed, even though according to Google, Expedia, and the flyers in the room they should have……

“Excelente atencion por parte de Regina. El lugar es muy acogedor y lleno de calor familiar. Es pequeño por lo que los ruidos son facilmente perceptibles. Sin embargo es recomendable si buscas un lugar accesible. El desayuno es limitado pero para nosotros fue suficiente. Gracias Regina.”

“There is no front desk available- everything done in line. A lot of travelers rely on public WIFi when traveling- when I arrived it was all locked up (they had sent me a message on my phone at check in time 3pm how to follow steps to get into building - which I did not recieve due to not having Wi-fi access until I get into the building! they talk about front desk being open from 9am-9pm……there is no front desk! “This was a perfect location in Bari. It is located 2 blocks from the marina, a short 15 minute walk from the train station, and in an area with many restaurants and bars. Getting in was a bit difficult at first, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. After the initial struggle, it was a breeze. The A/C worked perfectly and there was plenty of room for our 1-night stay. Would highly recommend this place for couples staying in Bari!”
