Other attractions nearby include, Dartington Crystal, The Milky Way and The Big Sheep. If you’re the outdoors type, both Exmoor and Dartmoor are close, and perfect for hiking, as well as a wide range of activities, such as surfing, canoeing and horse-riding being right on the doorstep. If you fancy trying a spot of golf, Great Torrington Golf Course is located just a 15 minute drive away.

Enter this converted hayloft into the spacious kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Step down into the light and airy lounge with Smart TV and DVD player and comfortable seating to sit back and relax next to the wood burner effect electric fire. Just along the hallway is the bathroom, with a shower over bath and WC. Further along you will find two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room with WC and one cosy twin.

Outside there is a shared garden area with lawn, private gazebo and charcoal BBQ for sunny evenings spent outside.
