A day at RHS Rosemoor with over 65 acres of woodland and gardens is only 14 miles away. Keen walkers will love the South West Coast Path or, a 9-mile drive takes you to Exmoor National Park with magical moorlands and woodlands to explore.
Cross the man-made stream via a small bridge and enter the property’s open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is well equipped and designed to provide plenty of light and air. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs, and a Smart TV so you can cosy up and watch a favourite movie with friends and family on cooler evenings. The kitchen is a great space to entertain and try out new recipes with the well-equipped space all the mod cons you’ll need to whip up fabulous feasts for four. There are two bedrooms, one of which is a king-size and the other a zip- and-link twin 2’6” (which can be made into a king on request at the time of booking). The family bathroom has a shower over a bath, and a WC.
Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with seating and a gate leading directly out onto the shared exercise field with views across to Codden Hill. The property has the benefit of shared gardens and a fishpond (children and pets must be supervised). The shared gazebo has tables, chairs and lighting.
