"The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao on a large crossroads, making easy access to attractions and the Guggenheim museum. We were lucky enough to be upgraded, the room was spacious, nice sized bathroom and sat over the entrance. This made it a little noisy at night with passer by shouting but only disturbed our sleep a little. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The museum is the main attraction in the city, we also took a boat ride and travelled on the Funicular for fantastic views over Bilbao. "

"This is an amazing hotel .It has an under ground corridor to take a guest from on top of the hill to center of town. There is a spa and an excellent restaurant on premises . Perfect balance to come back to hotel for massage and good food and the is a wellness center with sauna,steam room and water features. Roof top pool with glorious views"
