"Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. "

"The property was very nice and clean. However, we experienced a few hiccups with the internet during our stay. Initially, the host was very friendly, checking in with us every morning and evening to see if we needed anything. Unfortunately, this changed when we encountered a flat tire on the car we rented from him.After that incident, the host stopped checking in and became insistent that we cover the cost of a new tire and rim. "Hugely disappointing! Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in. There was no hairdryer in our room, two wardrobes with a total of seven clothes hangers and no cushions on the balcony chairs. we stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water on any night for a shower. There was a buffett restaurant, an a la carte rest"

"This was one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at. Everything was perfect and the staff were over the top in terms of professionalism, efficiency, kindness and more. The food was absolutely outstanding and would compare favourably with some of the best restaurants in New York City, Toronto, London and Paris. Having the suites meant that we had more flexibility to do what we wanted with our extended family - and there is no price for that! The short walk to Rescue Beach gave great views and swimming (on calm days) was excellent. Lots of Sea Turtles to be seen and an easy walk to Surfers Cove for an evening of music."

"The room was fine, clean etc. we did have an issue with the door lock, it wouldn’t unlock, but fortunately the hotel staff came to the rescue and repaired the door lock. The features were fine and we had no complaints. This is my favorite Barbados hotel, and when I return next time the Accra will be my first choice."
