Great view. Great food. Nice location for who wants to surf on the soup bowl or just like to enjoy nature, nice and quiet. That staff was all amazing and helpful!

On the positive side, the location is gorgeous, the staff very polite and friendly, the rooms and balconies good size, there is ample free parking, and the Cuppa Cafe "grab and go" was quite good. Staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. The property could use some upgrading. The furniture and linens looked very old and had holes. Location was great, close to Dover beach, lots of restaurants and grocery store
