I chose this because of 2 things, one it was close to the hospital for a procedure next day and 2nd the marriott name is usually a good name. The rooms were nice, recently renovated and still being worked on in the lobby, but the room we had, the plug next to the bed did not work, so my husbands Cpap machine had to be plugged into the socket behind the couch, good thing we carry an extension cord with us. The tv services was constantly going in and out, could not watch tv, the shower tub was a little scary, the sides of the tub curved, therefore made standing in the tub a little dangerous. The coffee in the morning was merely colored hot water. We are in Louisiana, you expect to have community coffee, but it wasn't.
