  • The Europe Street Cottage was built in the 1850s located in the Historic Beauregard Town with a wonderful, modern feel. This cottage has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 baths. Being located in the SOGO part of Beauregard Town, this classic cottage is within walking distance of downtown cafes, music venue/ Chelse's Live, casinos, parks and an easy bike ride down the levee, past Tin Roof brewing, to LSU Campus (2.2 miles away)! This was such a cute and uniqe property. The neighborhood is so friendly- particularly the nice gentlemen who gently asked if I was staying at the rental property and then kindly directed me to the parking- as I was parked on his drive. ! Embarassing. Yes. But oh so gracious! Tip: Look out for the small driveway to the right of the door entrance. I wish we had more time to enjoy the area but we had to get on the road. Have already told a few people about the property. Thank you!

Fantastic Getaway in BR

I stayed here for a week while waiting to move into my new place and it was perfect. The house is cute and comfortable and the location is unbeatable. I really enjoyed walking by the river every morning. I would definitely stay here again, happily

Great place!

My daughter and I had a a great stay for LSU orientation! The house was super clean and had everything we needed, and it was convenient to campus, restaurants, etc. Tim and Glenda are great hosts and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Came into town for an LSU Baseball game. This house was a 5 min drive away and easy access to everything in town! Very good location! Extremely clean and the owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely be booking here again!

Adorable House in the Heart of Everything!

We had an amazing experience! The house was SO cute and the neighborhood was wonderful!! We were 3/4 mile to Downtown in one direction and even less to bars and restaurants in the other direction!! I HIGHLY recommend this property!!

We were so close to the downtown area which had many places to visit: three museums, several antique/thrift stores, the River, casinos and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and especially enjoyed staying in a homey, comfortable 1850s bungalow with colorful decor.

Louisiana Marathon Trip

The house was so cute and perfect for our stay. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. The neighborhood was in a convenient location and we were able to walk to the start/finish line of the race. Would recommend backing into the parking spot, so you can see the cars coming around the corner. It was easy to communicate with Glenda and Timothy, they were so responsive. If we find ourselves back in Baton Rouge, we would definitely stay here again!
