great location, near to the sea front and not far from the town centre. the room was on the top floor (4th) of the annex building which is on the west side of the road. I had the deluxe terrace room but unfortunately it was facing the city side (east) so I was not able to see the glorious sunset and sea views.. make sure you ask for a sea side terrace if booking this room. despite this disappointment, the terrace receives sunlight until early afternoon and the air conditioning is very strong and quiet. there is a small fridge in the room but only one plug so you have to unplug the fridge if you want to use the coffee machine... an easy fix for the hotel to resolve. the room itself is spacious but the table is very small and there is no armchair or sofa to relax in. there are too many wardrobe cabinets so they should remove some of these to make space for a chair and larger table. the bathroom is big with two sinks and a powerful rain shower. I also left my headphones in the room but didn't realise until the following day when I was in Spain.. but noone from the hotel has contacted me despite me messaging them through Expedia where I made the booking. overall, it is value for money compared to the expensive hotels in the area but as noted above there are things that could be better

Welcoming, pleasant and efficient staff. Service with a smile. Room was well furnished, nice bathroom and good standard of housekeeping. Would recommend 🙂

This hotel was excellent! It is in a great location, very close to the station, so no need for a taxi and within easy walking distance of the old town. Reception staff were extremely helpful enabling me to make the most of the short time I had in Bayonne I was lucky to receive a room with a beautiful view of the old city. The facilities were wonderful including local cuisine. I was able to enjoy a cup of tea after checking out before departing the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.
