“Perfect setup in great neighbourhood”

“Although it was nice, the apartment was not the one in the pictures, a little deceiving and also was not told that it was on 2 levels. The communication with the host was not great, there were no instructions in the apartment about anything (we looked everywhere for the washer/dryer only to be told on the last day that it was in the basement of the building and you have to download an app to use it.)I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and my son has owned several, so I would suggest to the host to……

“Everything about vrbo and this property is terrible. AC not blowing cool air Shower broken Sink doesn't drain Sunken floor by kitchen Owner doesn't reply to text or phone calls Bed doesn't have fitted sheets No coffee mugs Do not take this place”
