“Overbooked the hotel. We did not get a room. Made our reservation over 2 months ago. Absolutely no remorse. ”

“Not certain our room was cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. Sheets were clean, but toilet had rings in it, the shampoo dispenser was broken from the shower wall and laying on the floor, there was no soap in the shower, no coffee stocked, the cream and sugar packet that was provided was already open. We arrived very late and were exhausted, so just dealt with it. Bed was comfortable though, so we were thankful for that. ”

“If all you want is a bed it is ok not the most comfortable but it is cleanish it says there is a pool but it is not full and doesn't look like it has had water in it for years and no hottube eather it says there is one and they have one but again empty and not working it is a CHEAP bed and convenient location that is it the staff was politeish as long as there is no questions it seemed like I was a bother to the man at the desk and he couldn't wait to get me out of there”

“Noisey hallway at night our room was next to the laundry room and ran most of the night. People at front desk did not know the area well and was unable to give directions or recommendation. The entire place smelled of curry and strong spices that made me nauseated”
