Had a top floor room with low sloping roof which may not suit taller people. A lot of stairs to climb to get to room as no lift at the hotel. Very clean & comfortable bed & bathroom.
Check in a little strange with no actual desk just some staff at a table with laptops. Breakfast good & nice selection of items both hot & cold. Very accommodating & pleasant staff.

12 steps to get up to the main floor. With heavy luggage that was difficult. Rooms are nice but since the windows are single pane not very quiet. Lots of street noise.

Lovely location close to the underground and great pubs and restaurants. This is not a complaint but the ironing bored was broken and the toilet brush in the main bathroom.we would love to stay again for week next time. So if you could send me prices for that please it would be much appreciated.
