"Bathroom and kettle were not clean - used contact lens, patches of someone else’s hair on bathroom floor, kettle was not emptied with water mixed with floating white stuff (calcium ?)… but they were fast to change a new kettle for me. I was bitten by bedbug on the second night."

"Very nice hotel. Staff very helpful. I stayed in the old wing and the renovation is perfect. Clean and with a touch of the old British style. We had dinner at the restaurant and everything tasted nice except it is a bit salty for us."
