The double room, which is reached via its own outside door, was clean and comfortable, the bathroom a good size and the shower powerful and controllable across the full temperature range. "The property is really quite special and the owner is lovely!! It is in a region of France I didn't know but a friend was getting married nearby so the location of the property was great! I would only point out that to get to our room (and there are only 3) is two flights up a winding staircase so perhaps not great if you have any problem with that. Otherwise it was lovely!!"

"We have had a disappointing experience with this vacation rental. All four of us have suffered from bed bugs. We initially thought we were dealing with mosquitoes. But the bites got so big and painful that it wasn't until later that we realized we were dealing with bed bugs. We complained about this to the landlord afterwards and it seemed only reasonable to us that they would refund half as our holiday enjoyment was seriously ruined. We have not received any response from the landlords."
