Quiet, relaxing and impeccable apartment. accommodates up-to 4 guest (one bedroom with 2 Queen size beds and 1.5 bathrooms). Just a 2 minute drive from PGA Golf Club that features three Championship Courses and less than 5 min away from the First Data Field( NY Mets Spring training ) an 1 mile away from I95. Also minutes away from great restaurants.

Vacation

The condo was a good size. The furniture was not very comfortable. The balcony was great to just sit and relax. The kitchen was nice except there wasn't a toaster and the refrigerator door handle came unscrewed. There wasn't a broiler pan or cookie sheet so we couldn't use the oven. There were only 4 towels so we had to do laundry every couple of days. The swimming pool and hot tub were awesome. We met some very nice people.

Enjoyed Stay

The property was clean, and we liked the layout of the apartment, including a screened in porch balcony, and the one and a half baths. Very quiet. Also, liked the fact that the apartment is in a gated community, so we felt safe.

Very peaceful

Loved the community. Extremely clean and very well taken care of. The selection of books was a most pleasant surprise. Will definitely rebook for my future trips to the area.

Spacious one bedroom

While the unit is not a luxury listing, it was perfectly adequate for our short trip. The decor and finishes are not high end, but the back porch with 2 sets of sliding doors and the spaciousness make up for that in my opinion. There is a large closet to keep your bags out of site. The kitchen was stocked with essential utensils/supplies. Proximity to PGA Golf Club is great, and the pool is very nice.

Very poor amenities. 1. Refrigerator door handle was broken (which the owner knew ahead of time) but was not fixed upon our arrival 2. Oven was filthy, and the door was broken 3. No toaster 4. No corkscrew 5. Sleeps 4 but only had utensils for four people 6. Cleaning people left dirty sponge and wipe in sink 7. Shower had crude in it. 8. This owner needs to do some upgrades. However, he did bring items which were not in the condo upon our request. 9. No cleaning supplies I have never stayed in a condo which was this poorly maintained. I picked it because it had a 4.76 rating. Clearly, those ratings were not accurate.

Castle Pines Condo

Second time staying at this condo and it's because it was a good experience the first time. I like the unit and location of many stores and restaurants. The owner Felix is very responsive to any questions you may have.

PGA Village Condo

The one-bedroom unit was nice and comfortable for 2 people. Love the location, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and an easy drive to Jensen or Stuart beach.

Port St. Lucie

Pros: Five day visit. Very nice, clean, well kept, condo/apartment. Full amenities (fridge, microwave, DW, AC, TV, internet). Close to restaurants, and shopping. Good value. Cons: bathroom toilet paper dispensers were nearly empty and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the pantry. There was a few sheets of paper towels (nothing in pantry), and an old ice cream cake in the freezer (I think these are an issue for the cleaning service). Parking may be an issue...if you go to dinner, the parking lot fills at night and you will have to park a block(s) from the unit.
