“The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was dirty and much of the property was dirty and rundown. The breakfast had very few choices. The staff though was really very nice and very helpful. I give the staff an excellent, but the rest of it poor”

“The desk associate made sure I was in a room with quick access to the outside making it convenient with my dog. The thermostat was set on 72 but the room at no time felt that warm. The breakfast room was clean and ample space but didn’t have teas or hot cocoa”

“The drive to the property was back, curvy roads. Plan your time accordingly. Once you arrive, you will find that iit is well worth the drive. The cottage is perfect. Clean and well stocked There is no oven, but all the countertop appliances makes up for it. I did wish there was a notebook with appliance instructions. Farm friendly animals from turkeys to cats. Food provided for feeding if you choose. Lovely porch to sit on for morning and evening leisure. Fabulous amenities from personal care……

“Everything was very much as described but the view is even more breathtaking in person! All of the amenities were very useful and the camper was very comfortable. A/C worked great and our pup did well staying in her kennel while we were out. Thank you for a great place to enjoy Pike County. Thank you again, our wonderful hosts!”

“The staff was by far the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond, and honestly, they were the main reason we were able to enjoy our stay despite the other issues. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The hotel still advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived, we found that it had been filled in with concrete. The pool also appeared to be in need of maintenance, with paint peeling……
