The place was close to our venue and the breakfast was okay. However the hotel room we stayed in had trash under the bed and when we asked for help with the cable, we were ignored by the front desk staff. The hotap had what we needed but we would stay elsewhere if we are in the area again.

The room and staff were wonderful. We needed one night after our family reunion ended. We were tired and would be traveling the next day, so a good night sleep was needed. We had a good, quiet nights sleep and was on our way.

6/10 Okay

The hotel seemed clean enough. However there were other issues in our room. Broken TV in the living area. Just enough bathroom tissue for one use on the rool and no extra roll in the room. No body wash in the dispenser and the worst issue was the mold on the shower curtain

The staff were lovely and doing their very best. They were friendly and working hard. I think the hotel is understaffed. It is tired and poorly maintained. Dirty walls, even in the elevator. Dirty carpets, dirty furniture, dirty mattresses. Tired, damaged furniture. Damaged doors, walls and trim. We will never stay here again.

The staff were professional and the breakfast was good. My kids loved the pool. My only complaint is we stayed 4 nights. I asked them to get out trash and change out the towels on day 2 and 3 and they never did. However, they did gone is clean towels at the desk when we asked
