"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Lake house. The sofas and beds are very comfy and the decor sets a relaxing mood. There are a few things that could use some tweaking, like the bedroom door, maybe a larger shower curtain and some attention to the deck. However, over all our stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend and also plan on visiting again"

"Cleanliness was above. It rained hard one day, but to sit on the porch and smell and listen to it was what I needed. The big surprise was there were feral cats, and it made me feel like I was home. The worst part was having only three days, and I had to leave. Thank you again. I am looking forward to many more stays."

"We had a very nice stay and the owners were very kind. The place was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the laundry machine not working but the owners came out and replaced it with a new one immediately so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. The bonus game room was a hit for the whole family and we all had a great time overall. Definitely recommend!"

"Loved this place. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very clean! Lots of wildlife - rabbits, deer, fox, groundhog(or muskrat?) and tons of birds! Only thing we thought was lacking was no bathroom on the basement level. Owners were responsive to our messages."

"It was the perfect location near Mammoth Caves and a great price. It was spacious. We had four adults, but it would also be a great place for kids. The house had everything we needed. We brought extra blankets and pillows just in case, and we didn't need them at all. We had all we needed to cook meals. "Spent 4 wonderful days here and it was a fabulous place to stay, the cleanest Air B&B we’ve ever stayed in. Chris and Chuck were super friendly and kind, perfect hosts. It was quiet and peaceful sitting in the gazebo in the evening and the area in general had so many beautiful sights to see. Caves, rock shops, hikes, Mammoth Cave National Park, the Green River to name a few. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!"

"The house was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of seating. Plenty of dishes. Plenty of cookware to handle evertything. It was so quite and beautiful. Good parking for cars. "Mike thank u for hosting. Great week and weather. Really enjoyed the rental. As disclosed the single BR had us on a schedule but no issues! Lower level access challenging for mobility impaired with stairs. Mike met us on Saturday and gave some Great tips about lake conditions. View without comparison. Well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lots Of space. We fish so did not use TV or Wi fi. Would rent with Mike again and Plan too make this place our new annual gathering place."

"The Redbird Hideaway is a beautiful place to unwind with family. We drank out coffee each morning on the covered porch listening to birds. It was cozy without being crowded and close enough to mammoth cave and lake nolin for us to get some hiking and fishing in during our stay. Highly recommend."
