When we arrived, we were directed to a room that had not been cleaned yet. I couldn't get the hvac unit to work and I had trouble finding the switches to turn the lights on....There was no view from room 213 as the window overlooked the roof of the port cochere.....I was disappointed with the free breakfast. The area was clean and well-prepped with plenty of options, all good intentions, but the execution was not so good. My scrambled eggs were cold, the biscuts were stale and hard to cut and the toaster malfunctioned.
