“Sanitaries are dated”

“The room was very nice, clean and looks recently remodeled. Having a comfortable bed would have been nice. Mattress very hard. Breakfast buffet would get a 1 star rating. Clean but very sparse in options. Staff was very friendly”

“I was suprized when I checked in shortly before three P.M. to hear that you must ask for a ground level room when making your reservation. I specifically arrived early to secure our two rooms on the lower level. At least 95 % of the rooms were unoccupied at my check in time. For anyone needing a lower level room you shoud request this prior to arriving.”

Trying to sleep with a bright light blinking and not getting any answers to when it will be fixed and not compensating for the inconvenience or allowing to cancel and allowing to find another hotel due to the time was 7 pm and we had already been checked in for our stay and then having to stay due to already……

“If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.”

“I enjoyed my brief stay at the property. The check in process was unusual. I talked with the property manager via Ring and the place was unlocked. Also, I was initially unsure which room I would occupy. But everything got sorted out. The location is very, very close to the street, but the building, which apparently was constructed in 1810, was so well constructed that any noises from passing traffic could not be heard. “I arrived at the hotel at 1pm after driving 8 hours and was told if I checked in it would be $35 added to my bill for checking in early. Also I put a credit card on hold for incidentals and was told Expedia didn’t charge the proper sales tax so I was charged”

“Rude night shift. Seemed offended booked through third party. Room filthy, rug stains and used bandaids on the floor in the bathroom, Booked an accessible room, not provided. Breakfast was decent. This is my 15th time staying here, looking for other options, this is way overpriced now.”
