A special mention must go to Ghinwa, the Front Desk Manager. She was the heart of my wonderful experience—extremely helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and genuine warmth are a true credit to the hotel. I cannot recommend the Q Hotel enough and will definitely be returning. We also fondly remember our trip to Batroun and Byblos (with the hotel driver Ibraim). Staff greeted my wife and I with a welcoming smile, so is the decor of the lobby, breakfast is great and the room is very clean. Whenever I come back to Lebanon I am going to stay here. The staff went above and beyond, very friendly and helpful. Good location in a central part and a very nice neighbourhood. And the room! Le personnel est gentil et souriant. En revanche les chambres sont sales.
