The Space:
This property features a fully-stocked kitchen, private lake access, 2 paddle boards, large sundeck with propane grill, in-unit laundry, beach fire pit, private boat dock, private balcony, lightning-fast WiFi, smart TV, multiple A/C units to keep all guests cool (no central air), 2 bathrooms, pontoon rental on the lake, and complete privacy throughout your stay. Additionally, there is room for 3 vehicles at the cottage. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property for any reason.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the cottage and room for 3 vehicles. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are private lake access, 2 paddle boards, a spacious sundeck with a grill and fire pit. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: devices do not have recording features).

Please note that there are multiple steps leading to the entrance, making it inaccessible for wheelchairs. Guests should bring their own beach towels and water toys. Additionally, guests are allowed to bring their own boats or jet skis and use the dock in front of the home, with the public boat launch located nearby.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank and firewood is not provided. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use.

To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions.

Long Term Rentals (30 days or more) may require a security deposit.

Enjoy our complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets, where applicable. Please note that any extra supplies desired beyond the starter kit are the responsibility of the guests.
