While Belén can be visited year-round, the best time to go is during the dry season, from June to October.During these months, the water levels of the Amazon River and its tributaries are lower, making it easier to explore the stilt houses and floating markets of Belén on foot or by smaller boats. You'll also find the weather to be more consistently sunny and comfortable for exploring. This period is particularly suitable for travelers interested in river excursions and wildlife spotting, as the lower water levels concentrate animals closer to the riverbanks.
