We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring Belfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of noise in the corridors during the night and early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

Hotel is very well situated and had everything one needed for a short stay. I found having the shower steppping straight into the room a bit odd and I believe this should have been informed before the stay. The room that I stayed in did not have sockets but the bed which was odd and not conviniente.

This is a great and affordable place to stay in Belfast. It's in a perfect location. Very close to city center. Very safe area. A ton of great restaurants, pubs and more nearby. I stayed at the start of my trip to Northern Ireland and one more night at the end of my trip. AND they have a bar! AND the stored my luggage for $2 pounds a day while I traveled to Giant's Causeway and Derry. The staff were all kind, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel while in Belfast.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were well designed and compact. I particularly liked the bed as it was super comfortable. Having free "proper" coffee at breakfast time even though we hadn't ordered breakfast was a bonus!

The best part of the Ibis is the location - close to everything downtown! The staff was friendly and helpful and when coming from another country, a breath of fresh air. The accommodations are humble but clean and adequate. The breakfast was a nice option - continental not full buffet. They offer a discount if you pay at booking for that breakfast. The Irish love to help and will give you the shirt off their back! Come visit for yourself!

Excellent location right in the centre of Belfast staff with extremely polite and helpful The continental breakfast was good but very limited choice of spread for toast or rolls i.e. only chocolate or strawberry jam and fortunately don’t like either usually you find marmalade a very popular choice but not available here only criticism we had we definitely stay here again
