I really enjoyed my stay. The location is so convenient, only a kilometer to Grand Central Station and to the city centre. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have a lot of options but is plentiful and of good quality. Staff are friendly and were helpful when I had a question.

The room & its facilities were compact, which we expected, but for 2 people were fine for a short stay. Staff always available & all areas of the hotel were kept clean. Generally, Staff were pleasant and hard working. The cleaning staff with their foot in the door of the lift on a number of occasions was a little bizarre. It did delay the lifts going up or down.
