"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. "The Hava Ubud is a special place to stay, not just for its beautiful surroundings, feeling of calmness throughout, but the staff. Everyone from the cleaners, waiting/restaurant staff, chefs, through to management were so lovely and welcoming, this made our stay feel that extra special.
Rooms were always spotless, eating at the restaurants were fun, learnt loads about the local culture and venturing out on the recommended tours were a highlight of our stay.

"We recently spent a week in a pool villa at Ayung Resort and had an incredible time. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated"
