“Very peaceful place to stay with nice restaurant on the grounds. Gated access added to security. Able to walk along the water front and to a few different eateries. Only a seven minute, easy walk to the water taxis. We caught our bus to Guatemala near the water taxis. Wish we had saved some time to catch the water taxis to a one or more of the excursions offered.”

“Just not really worth it. Staff are great, breakfast is real good, even the owner is nice. But, super expensive for where and what it is. Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter.”

Zenaida was a most helpful hostess, offering information on local attractions & history of Belize. Her colleague, Raymond also enlightened us on Belize. Thank you Zenaida & Raymond. ”
