Front desk staff were good and helpful. Our room was very very dark and the only window looked into some very dense bushes. Our biggest issue was that there is a small secured parking area and we used it, but upon trying to leave early in the morning to catch our flight, someone allowed vehicles to be double parked, and we could not leave. Security said that there should not have been double parking and blocking us and 3 other vehicles in was not good. That does little to help solve the matter. Eventually after about 30 mins the double parker was found and we were able to leave. Thus unneeded stress and anxiety was truly unnecessary. Unfortunately, because of this issue we will no longer stay there. It is not worth the potential added stress and anxiety."
