"Beautiful all around. Pleasant staff and lush garden and pool setting. Plenty of food and drink areas. Room was big."

"The hotel staff were helpful and frequent communicators. They helped arrange transportation from BZE (and were still waiting for us when our flight arrived 3 hours late!). Gated property is modern in finishes and appears brand new. AC was cranking and beds were comfortable. The fridge is stocked with beverages for purchase and snacks were available too. Free bottled water and a locally made loaf of coconut bread were extra nice touches! We are only here 1 night, but would come back for sure ! "

They arranged a special birthday surprise treat at the Biltmore hotel for me. They recommended places to visits and things to do, they ensured we were settled and all our needs were met.
