"This is a nice place to calm your nerves and restore yourself. This 2 bedroom condo is right on the water with it's own dock. The lake its on is a private lake and it's very peaceful. This condo is clean and everything works nicely. It's not far from many restaurants and shopping venues. Checking in was easy peasy, and the place was well stocked."

"Loved this property! I've been coming to Bentonville area to ride each spring for the last 5 years. This is by far and away the best place I've stayed. Great location close to the trails w/indoor bike storage. The deck with a BBQ was a nice feature which let us dodge the Friday night crowds in Bentonville and have a relaxing evening post ride. Will definitely use this place again!"

"The property was very clean and had everything I needed. My only comments would be that it is kind of dark because it is located on the lower level at the back of the house, and in the bedroom that I stayed in (there are 3 of them) near the bathroom you could hear a fair amount of foot traffic from the owners of the house a certain hours."

"We've stayed here multiple times. It's our go-to rental when in Bella Vista. It's an easy arrival, check in, and we know what we are getting. This last stay was like visiting a home away from home when we walked in. (Still wish there was some place to put shampoo and supplies in the master bedroom shower though.)"
