"Our stay at Eurostars Al-Andalus was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The room smelled like a sewer, and the bedsheets were damp. Even the blanket had visible stains. We called the front desk to request clean blankets, but it took hours for someone to respond, and we had to call again to remind them. "We just stayed one night . Underground carpark ..well lit .. and luckily not full so we could easily park. Staff were all great . Shops close by had all the bits and pieces we needed. "

"Positives: the hotel seems new and the room is very comfortable. The swimming pool in the rooftop is great. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Negatives: they place a Nescafé dolce gusto machine in the room for which they provide only two cups.
