Reception person helps in early morning to get taxi when we have a hard time getting Uber. We really enjoy staying in this hotel for 3 days ”

“The property was great in a great location. Staff communication was great. The only issue was the smell in the hallway and the apartment. It smelled like sewer. Now unbearable but unpleasant. ”

“Room was clean but main door to building was broken, plus upon arrival the code received from Expedia was not working to open the apt door. Upon WhatsApp message from we were able to get the crew code in about 30 mins. Also next morning they sent workers to fix the main door and there was a ton of construction noise and banging because of it. When we notified the WhatsApp number they said they didn’t know what it was and never responded back . Ruined a good sleep.”
