"For the price, it was quite nice. Unfortunately the twin beds did not have sheets and blankets, nor was there bedding for the hide a bed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and not much else in terms of hygiene products. Although we carried most of our own, some guests might rely on those items being provided. The basics were good, and potentially able to house a large group, but the lack of bedding would have made that impossible. "

"House was very nice and well kept. Hot tub was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of towels. Host was very responsive and good to work with. The location was less than desirable as it was across the street from a pretty bad looking neighborhood. "
