"Terrible left after one night "

"The room was smaller than I anticipated. The television was on a light switch. Every time I turned on the TV it took about two minutes for it to cycle through trying to connect to the Internet. The room had a smell of cleaning supplies. The breakfast was minimal. I guess I was expecting something hot. I should have read the description at booking? However, the staff were incredibly friendly, outgoing and helpful. They made my stay memorable. "

"****BEWARE**** I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. They didn’t even offer me another room after I told them that I had no hot water and said they can come check for themselves . Instead, I received an email saying that their boilers are working fine and that they think it was from all the teenagers in the hotel staying there.. EXCUSE ME !! if your hotel boilers can’t keep up when your hotel is at full capacity then maybe you need an inspection done maybe things aren’t up to code. Not to mention the leak under the sink or the heater that was making noise all night . Those things I could overlook but hot water is a basic amenity. And they think they’re slick instead of texting me back they call the room so that their side of the conversation isn’t documented. Unprofessional . My worst experience ever at a hotel. "

"I really enjoyed our stay, the jetted tub was really nice. I wish they did special things for newly weds. "

"The Staff at Hotel were Friendly & Helpful especially the Blonde Female Maid & Laundry Attendant. Breakfast was Great but could have benefited from some Fresh Fruit. Rooms were clean. I liked the option to do your own linen exchange at the the Laundry room. Overall a Great stay & I am still here. Patricia"

"For a budget hotel it was everything I expected in the sense of cleanliness. Weird smell but that’s normal. Staff was nice, helped me when I locked myself out. $50 refundable surcharge was not known to be. My biggest riff was at night other people were in the hall fighting threatening to kill eachother and this and that. Of course I decided to go out in my car because I needed water when I came back that situation was happening. I had to stand in the starewell at 1:30 am while the situation unfolded. Not necessarily the hotels fault but still. OH and the mini fridge didn’t work"

"Airport shuttle great , friendly picks you up pretty quick from the airport once you call . Hsve used them 3 times so far Easy Off and easy on interstate 94"
