“A wonderful quaint, old B&B. Breakfast was excellent and the owners and hosts, Doriano and Giovanna are knowledgeable and kind. They were helpful in providing extra linen, an early breakfast to go, and much valuable instruction on accessing area attractions. Also Tea the lovely lab is a sweet soul. The location is perfectly situated close to the ferry dock. The town of Dongo is precious and quiet and perfect for our needs.

“The options of breakfast are limited. There is no place to go in local, the ferry to main site, such as, Bellagio,,, are limited. If you miss the one at 8:50am, you have to wait to another one at 12:00 pm.”

“The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.”

“This is a lovely, very clean and convenient hotel in Ascona, a charming little town. We stayed for just one night on our way to Italy, but we left with such fond memories of our stay. The hotel is family run, and the wonderful couple who run it make you feel genuinely welcome and cared for from the moment you arrive. Their kindness and personal touch made the experience feel special. There are plenty of nice, clean hotels, but it’s the heartfelt hospitality here that makes this one truly……
