“I really wanted to take in Philadelphia this year in the 250th celebration and there are many others that do also! This was the perfect place for me. A short walk past cute little houses to the Museum of Art with the Rocky steps! If you were planning on doing the Rocky Run in November this would be the perfect distance for a warm-up walk/run pre-race. “The apartment needs a little work. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and the shower had someone else's hair stuck to the wall. The shower also needs to be re-caulked grouted and it looks like there's water getting behind the tile which doesn't smell like mold at the moment but it will soon.
