I checked in after waiting ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling them repeatedly. I brought my suitcase to the room.Changed real quick and went to visit a friend for dinner and came back to the room at 945. The bathroom was horrendous a hole in the ceiling over the rusty shower and a piece of spacle tape, two foot long hanging from the ceiling. The wifi did not work. You could not access an electrical plug to charge a phone. There were no wash clothes, only two towels One already used bar of soap at the sink. The bed was clean The blind on the window was too short. There was a gap at the base. Never again......

I used the pass key and walked into a nice room. I noticed the desk chair had a broken back rest. Took off my sandals and felt grit on the floor. I pulled back the sheets on bed and they had not been changed! Lots of hair and specks of some sort. I turned the pillow cases inside out and put the largest bath towel on the bed for ease of mind. Bathroom was OK, then looked at my feet and they were dirty like walking on a street ! Also found broken glass on floor. The common hallway had not been vacuumed in a while. I wanted a ‘less expensive’ room and I SURE GOT IT ! The best part was no bed bugs.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Never stay here. My room was filthy with black stains on walls and yellow stains on pillows. Even if this is the last option, DO NOT STAY HERE

This place was not what it was advertised. The suite was not what it was supposed to be but was a regular room. The room was not well maintained . And no one was at the front desk. No chairs to sit on and towels were rough as sandpaper.

The room and hotel were dirty and disgusting! Our sheets weee stained, contained hair and crumbs in the bed! Also our door didn’t lock! We had to but a chair up to the door! The hallways smelled like cat urine! When we complain to the front desk person, we were told that we would get new sheets, and they never were delivered! There are no phones in the hotel room rooms. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in!

No. Just No. The rooms were disgusting. There was mold in the showers, stains and hairs on the sheets. Holes in the walls. Bugs and cockroaches. We had to buy towels to use because the ones given had a smell and were stained. The one room my children were supposed to stay in was ground level. The window had no lock and there were beer cans right outside. So we switched them to our room. The AC in one room was unworking because the outlet was burned out. And there was no smoke detector. No wifi at all. The whole place was disgusting. Just disgusting. 833$ for the worst room experience of my life. Could not wait to leave

Hotel is very run down, hallway floors shake under your feet. Wifi barely works and frequently disconnects. Bathroom in my room had a faulty light switch. Bed was very uncomfortable.
