We had a wedding 20 minutes away so we stayed here as it was less expensive than Red Bank area. The surrounding area is fine with shopping and restaurants, however, the motel had shady guests or tenants possibly, the room was extremely outdated. It took a while for the hot water to kick in the shower, the doors looked like they were previously pried open and we had a hole in our wall. They should be charging no more than $50 per night.

Booked last minute before a night out in Belmar. Did not read reviews or take a close look prior. Bugs on bathroom floor and ceiling light fixture. All walls stained and chipped, shower curtain covered in mold and towels provided were stained. There was so much damage to the door, that it barely closed and light was shining through. Room smelled like sadness and cigarettes. not for a family or those you definitely want to see again. Did not feel safe on their property or in the room. Would not recommend. Owner operator was more than polite and professional at check-in.

I didn't expect much from this motel it was a last minute booking and everything else was well over 200$ for a Saturday night in the area. Check in was fine, the receptionist was nice enough but the room was unbelievably dirty! Air conditioner unit flooded the first bed area, tv was static, short black hair was lining the already brownish tint of scum lining in the shower, what looked like blood spatter all over the wall behind the urine soaked toilet! I mean it was filthy! For 200$ a night this couldn't be real! The towels were stained and rough and we asked for them to reclean the room and although we over heard the receptionist bribe the cleaning lady to clean it again when we returned four hours later we still had to go back out to buy our own cleaning products to scrub the bathroom down! I didn't sleep well that night. When i questioned house keeping in the morning she said she had used bleach and it was just stained but i can assure you she did not necause we had no problem scrubbing out the garbage and nastiness that was left on that room as for the blood on the walls she had told me that they get alot of "junkies" who stay there! Omg what does that even mean??! i will never be returning to this property ever

Room and bathroom were not cleaned prior to check-in or before check-out. Needed to clean the bathroom myself. Floors had not been moped in quite a long time, had to ware shoes to prevent sock bottoms from turning brown.

Where do I start. This place was disgusting and needs a visit form the helath department. The front desk gentleman was lovely but the good vibes stopped there. The toilwt rocked when you sat in it. The ahower curtain had 6" of mokd at the botto. Of it. No bathroom rug and 2 very amall towels and ine washcloth dor 3 of us, which they knew woukd be staying. The outside looked deserted and the dumpster was overflowing with garbage and food. Im extremely upset that experian would even suggest this inn. Im a singke Mom with 3 kids and just wanted an nice overnight stay and beach trip before school.
