“Good staff. Good Room.”

“Clean room nice cozy feel, very friendly and attentative staff. You dont feel like stepping out of the hotel and instead sit in seating area in the library and spend quality time. The breakfast was excellent.”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not……

La ragazza alla reception è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile, cosa sicuramente apprezzabile. Per il resto, però, la struttura è un grande palazzone con un numero enorme di camere, che dà più l’idea di una residenza o ostello per studenti che di un vero hotel, e questo toglie un po’ di atmosfera. “The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was ok, could have done with more fruit options.The location was very ideal, not far from the train station. The staff were very helpful especially Rafa. However, it was let down by lack of access key to our room throughout our stay there due to IT issues.”
