El agua caliente del baño hay que esperarla, tarda minutos en llegar. La cama incómoda y hundida. El trato de la chica que nos recibió fue cordial, el de la dueña, pretencioso, incluso molesto.”

“I had a great stay at Valhotel. My room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the pool and outdoor areas. My only complaint is that the Wifi connection was not good. I unfortunately had to do some work during my stay and had to purchase an eSim card in order to get on the internet. Other than that, I would recommend a stay here.”

“Upon arrival we discovered that the room we had been given was wheelchair accessible. The problem was that our bathroom floor became completely wet when we showered and there was no cabinet or shelving to store any of our soaps shampoos etc. We also had rented the room because of the washer but there was no drying rack or place to hang clothes to dry or hair dryer. I did contact the office the next morning and asked for those things as well as additional towels which they delivered everything……

“It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late.”
