Room for everyone to be together or spread out. The location can’t be beat. Just a quick walk to the village for our morning coffee! The house was perfectly clean, you can tell the owners care about their home and the guests staying here. Communication with the owner was top notch! It was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to feel right at home. We stayed for one week and enjoyed the Sharc passes and hot tub. My kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the loop out front. Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to village. We would definetly stay here again. ##### Bethany R. The kids enjoyed the bikes and games in the garage. Only one minor setback which were the pillows. My husband and I went to Target and purchased firmer ones. My husband and I, along with our son, daughter-in-law, and small dog, stayed here three nights for a wedding, and the house was just perfect. Having one bedroom upstairs and one down was wonderful for privacy, and the living/dining area and kitchen were great common areas. We appreciated the small fenced yard for our dog, and it was so convenient to be just steps from the village. The owner was really accommodating and responsive, the beds were beautifully comfortable, and overall it was a terrific experience for all of us. My 3 year old grandson enjoyed playing the air hockey and adults enjoyed playing the ping pong. We didn’t have to use our car to go around Sunriver for dining , going to the park and swimming. This home was perfect for my family (including our 4-legged family). A very quick walk to the Village and SHARC and, of course, located near all of the bike trails. The house itself was very roomy, the beds very comfortable, and plenty of space for a family or 2\. The home owners have thought of and provide for everything that a vacationing family would need, including bikes, Air Hockey table, Ping Pong table, and a hot tub. Everything was thoughtfully labeled so we knew where everything went. The house was very clean and we loved all the amenities. This house has everything you need! Games, AC, Sharc passes, bikes, ping pong, air hockey, jacuzzi, kitchen appliances, and comfy beds. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. The only possible feedback would be that the air conditioning had a hard time reaching upstairs, so it got pretty hot up there, but it was manageable. If we go back to SunRiver we would rent this house again for sure. Thanks for the awesome stay! ##### Jennifer B.
