Set among the pines and less than a mile from The Village at Sunriver, Augusta 4 is a spacious retreat designed for families, friends, and multigenerational gatherings. With generous gathering spaces, and a layout that allows everyone to settle in comfortably, this home offers an easy setting for both adventure and unhurried time together.

The main living area has the warmth of a classic Sunriver getaway, centered around a wood-burning fireplace that makes cooler mornings and evenings especially inviting. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar, creating plenty of room for shared meals, board games, and leisurely breakfasts before heading out for the day.

The sleeping arrangements offer flexibility for larger groups. On the main level, Bedroom One has a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom, making it a convenient choice for guests who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, Bedroom Two has a queen bed, Bedroom Three has two queen beds, and Bedroom Four has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Upstairs, the loft provides additional space for children to play, watch a movie, or simply have a place of their own.

After a day exploring Sunriver, the private hot tub offers a welcome place to slow down beneath the pines. The garage adds another option for relaxed evenings with a foosball table, while seven adult bikes make it easy to take advantage of Sunriver’s miles of paved pathways.

From Augusta 4, guests can bike or stroll toward The Village for dining, shopping, coffee, ice cream, and seasonal activities, or venture farther out for river days, hiking, and adventures around Bend and Mt. Bachelor.

Please note that Augusta 4 does not have air conditioning. Sunriver’s cooler mountain evenings, shaded surroundings, and easy access to rivers, lakes, and outdoor activities make this home especially well suited for guests who enjoy the natural rhythm of a Central Oregon summer.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
