Leavetown said it was a mistake, but won’t refund the money. Riverhouse said there is nothing they can do and I’m stuck in the middle of this due to booking through this site. Check in staff was friendly, the room was mostly clean but some hair was found on the bedding and some stains in the bathroom.I received an additional charge that I was not made aware of in the Vrbo listing nor was I informed of the charge during check in. I later called to see what the charge was for and was informed that it is for a resort fee, parking, and taxes. This is frustrating that I was not aware of these charges when I initially booked, which also included separate taxes, service fees, and administrative fees. This listing was dishonest, and I would not recommend staying at this unethical hotel that scams guests with additional charges. ##### Melanie K.
