I have nothing but good things to say about this home. Family friendly. Clean. Living room furniture is comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfy; kids and adults slept well! The house is located near Circle 7 so it is a drive to the far end once you enter Sunriver. It is close to the 5 mile path to Lava Lands. The hot tub and deck are relaxing spaces. Lots of towels provided, too. Having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The garage has a ping pong table and bikes so you park in the driveway (space for two cars.) While it is small, it was the perfect house for us. It slept the 5 of us comfortably, was very clean, had air conditioning, a clean hot tub, and very clean garage with a new ping pong table. The property managers at Bennington Properties continue to keep the bar raised high on customer service. We won't rent through anyone else in Sunriver.
