This 4-bedroom, 3-bath house, with a rustic modern design, comfortably sleeps 10\. You will be amazed at the spaciousness of this reverse-living home. Wood-planked, vaulted ceiling along with hard-surface flooring throughout the home (no carpet other than area rugs), enhances the beauty of this home. Upstairs you will find the living room with a mounted 65” flat-screen TV and, a large sectional with additional seating all nestled in front of a wood stove, which is perfect for watching a movie after a long day of exploring the beautiful Central Oregon area. The upper deck is accessible from the living room. The dining area is surrounded by large open windows, so you and your family can enjoy the wonderful views of Sunriver. The dining table sits 9, with 4 additional stools at the kitchen island. The open kitchen is equipped with everything, including new appliances, you need to make that perfect meal. Two bedrooms are upstairs, with an additional two bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom #1 is a spacious King master with a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a dual granite top vanity with a large jetted soaking tub as well as a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 is a queen-sized bed, with access to the upper back deck and adjacent to the jack’n’hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs, Bedroom #3 is a queen bed and two twin bunk beds with a small flat-screen TV. Perfect for the littles of the group. Bedroom #4 is a King size bed, with access to the private hot tub. Both downstairs are adjacent to the third bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. This home has an extra refrigerator for guests to use, perfect for those large family meals, located in the garage. Also in the garage, guests will find 8 bikes (2 adults, 2 teens, 4 youth) and a large dog kennel for guest use. Belknap #4 has several decks and patios, equipped with a hot tub and a propane BBQ, all perfect areas for enjoying the night sky. Don’t worry about the summer heat. This great home has A/C to help fight the heat during the summer months. This home is dog-friendly. Gladly accepting 2 dogs during your stay. Cats will need prior approval. It’s an older home with the outside needing attention. The inside is perfect for 2 families. The kitchen has ample pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and required gadgets for cooking. The property isn’t perfect but for a family with kids and a pet it was fabulous. The property manager was responsive and kept in touch throughout our stay, we didn’t need anything but knowing they were available was great. We were 4 adults and 3 children and the layout was great for us all to have our own space. The house was very clean and even seemed nicer in-person than in the photos, which is always a lovely plus! The only downside is that the hot tub was super cloudy our first couple of nights there and so a maintenance guy came but had to empty the entire tub and refill it which meant the water never got hot enough for us to go in our last night. House had plenty of room for us to spread out or gather together. House had really comfortable beds, and was well equipped with plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen and living area was super spacious, and we enjoyed cooking together. There were a few missing elements, like smaller plates, large bowls for serving, etc, but overall pretty well stocked. There was even a wide variety of spices which is always nice. The hot tub was a great add, and house is close to walking trails and a short walk to a little market. The rental company was a delight to work with, everyone was very nice and responsive. House is spacious, especially open floor living area. To help explain layout: Master BR upstairs is huge with a comfy bed, BR 2 upstairs is a bit tight (no closet), BR 3 downstairs is slightly larger (but also the main access to hot tub), and bunk room downstairs was great for 2, but would get tight for over 4 people. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals and sufficient dishes and glassware. Everything else (TVs, wifi, hot tub, grill, etc.) worked great, a testament to the property mgmt company which was excellent with communication before and during the stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Such a nice layout for two families. Nice bunk room for kids. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen for family meals. We loved the amenities, and having the hot tub at the end of the day was the icing on the cake! Communication by Cascara was the best we’ve ever had. This is a wonderful house managed by a really great company. The check-in process was so easy and no-contact. We even got a text that the house was ready early, which was great since we arrived a bit early! The house was so clean, spotless and germless from top to bottom. We felt totally safe and comfortable from the first moment. The beds were super comfortable, and there were lots of great sleeping options for us and our young kids. And the hot tub was such a fun bonus.
