The home's reverse living floor plan showcases a spacious bright great room with vaulted ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, open dining, a gas fireplace, and comfortable furnishings. A separate laundry room and powder room are located upstairs. On the first floor, the Wilderness Suite is furnished with bunk beds, and shares a newly updated bathroom with the Rodeo Suite. Also on the first floor, the large Fisherman’s Suite has a separate nook area with a futon and updated en suite bathroom. Outdoor living features include a ground-level deck off the front (complete with a private hot tub and beautiful views of the stars), a large second floor deck with outdoor sofa, recliners, and a grill. The large ground-level back deck with an outdoor sofa overlooking the beautiful common area with path to Deschutes River. A comfy deck off the kitchen is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and deer and bird watching. Benches also surround the property under the trees. Have fun with the outfitted bocce court that can be used for bocce or cornhole, or shoot hoops at the basketball hoop off the main driveway. The garage/playroom is equipped with a Ping-Pong table, foosball table, corn hole boards, and a large selection of games and puzzles. There are bikes available so you can get out and explore Sunriver’s 30+ miles of paved bike paths.

This home is steps away from Cardinal Landing Bridge, the Deschutes River, and the bike paths and trails of the Deschutes National Forest (all newly marked). The SHARC pool complex and the Village at Sunriver are both within two-and-a-half miles of the home and offer a variety of fun recreation, shopping options, and dining opportunities. Mt Bachelor, with its fun summer and winter activities, is only 22 miles from your front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
