  • The apartment in Benidorm has 1 bedroom(s) and capacity for 4 people. Accommodation of 60 m² comfortable and modern, with sea and garden views. It is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban centre. It has a lift, washing machine, dryer, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 Television. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



    Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.

4 big men 1 bed, 1sofa bed, no bedding, we had to rent another room, as the manager didn’t answer any calls. Not the room we was sold. Entering someone else’s apartment didn’t help, it’s about what you do now to appease us now, a total refund would be a start

Great location but a dirty apartment

A large spacious apartment with fantastic views of the sea but very quickly noticed how dirty the apartment was. I ended up having to clean work surfaces and the sink myself. The beds are heavily stained so are the quilts and with no covers to protect them. Broken showerhead and hairs in cutlery drawer. I messaged the letting company a few times to give them a chance to rectify these problems but they never arranged to fix them so very disappointed with them.

apartment was exellent clean tidy gret view only downfall not tv at all.

this apartment is excellent great views ,clean and tidy but there was no tv at all or toaster for breakfast.central for shops and beach , bit loud at night bars close.by. will go again.
