Beautiful hotel! Well maintained

First time in San Juan so booked this hotel for 2 nights. As we were a family of four we had a room in the block with no balconies. Breakfast was good so was evening meal. Fares on reception was brilliant. The rooftop Skybar and pool were wonderful. Would I stay here again, if I was in San Juan yes, but unlikely to visit this area again. All in all a good experience

We have been to this Hotel 3 times before and this time have noticed the Hotel Is so much busier than it used to be. At breakfast there wasn’t enough tables for everybody coming into the restaurant and they seemed to be running out of certain items.

Great hotel friendly staff

Side sea view room, 2 bedrooms, long balcony. Stayed here in 2023 in panoramic room with wrap around balcony which was better for evening sunset in Block A. However, this stay did not disappoint, still friendly staff, great room, quiet area, beds amazing, best sleep in a long time. Pool was fabulous. We did hire a car for the trip but you could get here easily by taxi. There is a train (tram) that runs from Alicante yo Benidorm on a scenic coast route. The seaside resort with restaurants and bars are a good 20 minute walk from apartment. There is a supermarket in the hill from the hotel (closed Sundays) which you can use to stock food for the apartment. We used the hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Would stay again.
