The room was not clean. There were cup circles on the table, indicating it hadn’t even been wiped. There was a fresh stain on the bed spread. The breakfast was ultra low quality. If you are billing yourself as a boutique hotel and charging the highest rates in town, I expect better.

Very satisfied with our stay here. The property is comfortable and quiet, pet friendly and included both a jetted tub and a sauna in the room. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly. Lots of dining options and shopping close by too. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of parking. Rooms were recently remodeled. There wasn't a lot to choose from for breakfast but it was adequate. The landline in our room didn't work so if you wanted the front desk, you had to walk there. (We asked but no one came to fix it or change the burned-out light in the sauna.) When we asked for extra pillows, there were none available. The sink in the bathroom is too close to the storage shelf over it so if you bend down to wash your face, your head can touch the shelf.

Room was pretty clean, was a dark mark on the sheets like a pen had exploded somewhere in the washer/dryer. We came in to the room and the bathroom sink was running and luckily we got in there in time to turn it off and open the drain to prevent a flood. Staff was super friendly and super busy, they deserve nothing but respect for all they do! We always saw them doing something and keeping busy so we appreciated it. Overall would stay again!!!

Site says desk open 24hrs. When arrived no one there. However, they nicely left an envelope with my name on it and directions to my room. At first glance we were happy. Then: -Opened fridge and an opened coke bottle was in there. -Pulled sheets up and there was a pen inside the sheets and hair all over the right side of the bed. -Shower pan black swirls Room wasn’t cleaned properly from prior guests.
