“Great hotel. Need to upgrade the bedroom TV to Smart Tv. Also there’s no much communication about what attractions are available daily as there’s dancing class etc. we felt like we were not invited in that place. Also the hotel charged me an extra charge of £180 and didn’t explain why. There’s a coffee machine in the room but there’s no coffee or sugar or milk. “This was in a good location and the managers were wonderful but I don’t recommend. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Also the Hotels.com advertising was incorrect. No spa no airport transfer.”
