“The staff were very friendly and welcomed us verbally in and out of the hotel creating a calm atmosphere. The cleanliness was exceptional as windowsills and window casements were cleaned regularly. Floors were polished even though there is an inherent dust outside due to the dry environment all around. “Ein typisches Beispiel dafür, dass die bei der Buchung suggerierte Eindrücke von der Realität extrem abweichen. Es gab keine Gläser im Zimmer sondern nur Plastikbecher. Die Aussicht war eine Mauer. Wir waren 14 Tage dort. Es wurde uns kein Zimmerwechsel angeboten. Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nur während wir im Zimmer waren. Schlecht bei Temperaturen von 35 grad.
