1. Lakeside cottage with private garden and pier. Pet-friendly.

Oliveto Lario

“Beetje tweeledig. Plek aan het meer is uniek met eigen tuin met aanlegsteiger. Dat is heerlijk, ook voor de honden.Het ligt echter aan een weg waar soms erg hard wordt gereden. In de vroege ochtend lijkt het of ze het huisje binnen rijden. Het huisje is klein , donker en wat smoezelig. Het slapen op de slaapbank is ook niet ideaal. De minpuntjes wegen alleen niet op tegen de ligging aan het meer. Wij komen nog erns terug.”

3. Apartment directly by the lake

Sirmione

“We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's place in Sirmione. It was around 15 mins walk to the Castle & Sirmione old town, so perfect to explore this area of Lake Garda. The apartment was quiet, calm and a lovely (air-conned) sanctuary with a private (shared) access to the lake to swim, which we really enjoyed. Parking isn't available on-site but you can pay to park at a hotel 5 mins down the road, which was really good for Sirmione (all the other carparks were full). The apartment was lovely and……

4. TABACHERA x10 Country House Sirmione GARDA LAKE

pozzolengo

“Fantastic place for a big family gathering! All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, there’s wifi, air conditioning, and a pool (with toys for the little ones!) nestled among the olive groves. The villa is 15 minutes away from Lake Guarda’s most charming towns while secluded enough to feel like a private oasis. Plus, Sebin and Denise are such kind and friendly hosts who were always available, and who went above and beyond to make our stay special - including ice cream bars for the kids and a……

6. "VECCHIO BORGO" LAKE VIEW

Torno

“Condition of residence much better in photos. No hand soap or hand towels. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people. Only soap in unit was dish soap. Changed check-in time from 1600 to 1700 which was not convenient. Could have used better instructions to access parking garage off main road and then provide walking directions to unit. With a little more TLC this place could be outstanding. In its current state I would not stay again. One pillow had no case and was stained. Beds rickety and thin memory……

"Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
